Arrival at 16:00 at the earliest

- Car parking spaces are located in front of and next to the house.

- Entrance is on the west side near the garden seating area up the stairs.

- Key is in the front door upon arrival

- In the kitchen of the house, the switch must be operated to start the boiler.

- Turn on the refrigerator

- If you rent the house alone, Mrs. Rusconi will provide the bed linen.

- Please do not smoke anywhere in the house

- The wood is stored in a shelter on the wall of the large house. You may have to chop the wood yourself.

Departure by 10:00 a.m. at the latest

- Don't forget to write in the guestbook

- Turn off the boiler switch again

- Turn off the refrigerator, leave it open and clean it yourself

- Clean the cutlery drawer yourself

- Leave the house swept clean

- Garbage bags, glass, paper, and PET can be disposed of above the parking lot (in front of the building). Another disposal point is located in Verscio at the Coop.

- The compost is located in the upper part of the garden, please only raw vegetables and fruits

- Empty cold ash onto compost as well

- When you leave, please return the key to the same location.

- 80fr.- for cleaning Mrs. Rusconi on the kitchen table

- Please do not leave any food in the house

The house, including tourist tax, is due no later than one week after the end of the holiday. When making the payment, please indicate the rental period (from - to).
