Big House Information

Arrival: House occupancy is possible from 4:00 p.m.

- Car parking spaces are located in front of and next to the house

- Entrance is on the west side near the garden seating area.

- The key is in the aluminum kettle on arrival to the left of the entrance door, in front of the kitchen window

- On the first floor in the corridor near the fuse box, switch on all fuses, including the long contactor at the bottom left to ON

- Turn on the refrigerator

- The bed linen, terry towels, and kitchen towels are located in front of the bathroom in the white dressers (please use terry towels sparingly)

- Food can be stored in empty drawers in dressers during the holidays

- Please do not smoke anywhere in the house

- The wood for heating is located in a shelter on the east/outside wall of the large house.

- For longer stays, the washing machine can be used

- The wooden floor in the bathroom should not get too wet, it is unpainted; please ventilate often due to the risk of mold

- Parasol, garden and deck chairs, Trip Trap and another garden table are located in the basement

- Please do not use the fireplace in the basement, fire hazard

- Shopping facilities in Loco “Milchhüsli” and Vresco “Coop”.

- Holidays and tourist taxes must be paid no later than one week after the holidays.

Departure: Departure no later than 10:00 a.m.

- Place bed linen on the washing machine in the bathroom, please do not wash it yourself

- Turn off all fuses again

- Turn off the refrigerator, leave it open and clean it yourself

- Clean the cutlery drawer yourself

- Leave the house swept clean

- Garbage bags, glass, and pet waste can be disposed of above in the parking lot (in front of the house). Another disposal point is located in Verscio at the Coop supermarket.

- The compost is located in the upper part of the garden. Please do not add cooked food to the compost.

- Empty cold ash onto compost as well

- When you leave, put the key back in the aluminum kettle in front of the kitchen window.

- 120 francs for cleaning Mrs. Rusconi on the kitchen table.

- Please do not leave any food in the house

- Don't forget to write in the guestbook

- Turn off the refrigerator, leave it open and clean it yourself

- Clean the cutlery drawer yourself

- Leave the house swept clean

- Garbage bags can be disposed of above at the parking lot (in front of the house), as well as old glass and cardboard, pets can be disposed of in Verscio at the Coop

- The compost is located in the upper part of the garden, please only raw vegetables and fruits

- Empty cold ash onto compost as well

- If something is broken in the house, please report it to: mosogno-geiger.ch or Tel: 41 79 509 43 55

- When you leave, please return the key to the same location.

- 80fr.- for cleaning Mrs. Rusconi on the kitchen table

- Please do not leave any food in the house

- Please make sure that the mice do not come into the house, they are very cheeky

- Don't forget to write in the guestbook
